This machine is suitable for making HDPE,LDPE plastic film shopping bag(T-Shirt bag),the shape of bag can be finished in one time,it can continunously finish automatic bottom sealing,cutting,punching for both colored or natural color film in one time.It adopt microcomputer control, accurate photoelectric eye tracking, frequency converting speed control, with the automatic protection functions for over-load, over-voltage and over-current etc, which can also help for energy saving, instant feeding stop, automatic counting, etc. Adopt cylinder punching, conveyer belt for finished product transporting, make the producing process more efficient. The bags made by this machine are tidy, and flat.
Brief Instruction：
If the cylinder punching device is turned off, the machine can still be used for making flat-rim bag. We suggest that choose four channel material feeding,double punching for making the bag width under 250mm to improve the efficieny. Choose two channel material feeding,single punching for making the bag width above 250mm.
